Each sachet (15gm) contains Semen Plantago Asiatica, Spirulina Platensis, Chlorophyll Powder, Herba Medicago Sativa, Semen Avena Sativa, Oligosaccharide

Directions: Use shaker add 250-300ml of cold water, shake well and drink immediately. Constipation may consume 2 packs per days before meals every morning and night on empty stomach.
