What is the payment mode available for online orders?
Visa, MasterCard and Amex are accepted via the PayPal payment gateway at Checkout.
For orders with Self-collection at Dabao Outlet, you may choose to Cash option to be paid on date of collection.
What if I have questions pertaining to my PayPal account?
You may contact PayPal Customer support.
If I purchased an item before a promotion starts but is due to receive it only during the promotional period, am I entitled to the promotion’s benefits?
No. Orders are processed at the point of receiving them, hence, items would be charged at the price as at the moment of sale, regardless of the delivery date.
Delivery
Can I have a different billing address as well as delivery address?
Yes, you can indicate accordingly during the checkout process.
What are delivery charges?
Orders are delivered to your door step.
Free delivery for orders SGD150 and above.
Delivery fee of $13 for any orders less than $150.
Surcharge of $15 for any express delivery within 3 working days.
What are the delivery time slots?
We provide delivery from Mondays to Saturdays, except Sundays and Public Holidays:
These are the 2 time slots available:
a) 1100hrs to 1500hrs
b) 1500hrs to 2100hrs
You can choose your preferred time slot as it is subject to first-come-first-serve basis.
What if I am not at home to receive the delivery?
Kindly inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time slot if you need to reschedule the delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
In the event that you are not able to inform us ahead of time & no one was present to receive the order during the chosen delivery time slot, you could choose to self-collect at the Dabao Outlet or we will charge you a re-delivery fee of S$15.00.
Where do we deliver to?
We provide local delivery to all locations in Singapore except the following:
- Jurong Island, Airport Cargo, Alps Ave, PSA Terminals, SAF Camps, Jurong Port, Sentosa Island, Prisons, Singapore Technologies Buildings, Shipyard
We reserve the right to reject any delivery address which we deem as undeliverable.
Do you provide shipping internationally since I am residing overseas?
Sorry, we only provide local services at this moment.
Can I do self-collection?
Yes, you may do so and indicate when you checkout so that no delivery fee would be charged on your charge.
