Can I return / refund promotional item?

Only regular-priced products purchased through the website can subject to the return/refund policy, therefore it does not applies to sales/promotional products.

Why there is a difference in the colour/size of the products delivered as compared to the one stated on the website?

We try to ensure that product representation in the picture represents the real product as accurate as possible. However, some of the products are natural products, and therefore there are no 100% similarities just like the ones presented in the picture in the website. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration.

Can I ask for a refund or exchange of the products?

You are strongly advised to check your products upon receipt of them immediately. You may reject the product at the point of delivery, if any product proves to have been delivered in a damage/defective condition or wrong product delivered. We will ensure a replacement within the next 3 working days and re-deliver to you without any charge.

However, if the product is found defective within 3 days from the day of delivery, you may submit the return/refund request to us via email at contactus@dabaoonline.com.

You may only submit the request provided the product is:

(a) unused / unconsumed / unopened; and
(b) in the original packaging as a whole without any broken in parts; and
(c) accompanied with the official receipt

We will confirm your request for a return through email and upon receiving approval of the request, and you need to return the product by dropping it off at our retail shop:  50 East Coast Road #01-108 Singapore 428769 within 7 working days and we will provide the exchange/ replacement after receiving the goods in order.
