For over 300 years, Ripples Mate Tea has been famed as the premium health tea suitable for all. As confirmed by Nobel Prize Winner Dr Bernardo Houssay in his research, Mate contains mateina which helps to maintain high spirits and energy levels.

Add 1-2 cups of hot water to a teabag. More hot water mat be added when more diluted infusion is preferred. Sugar and milk can be added as you wish. Can be taken chilled together with lemon.
