1. Massage the affected part after spraying the tincture on it.
2. Before sports, massage the muscles and joints after spraying of the tincture to prevent muscle spasm. After sports, apply to relieve fatigue.
3. Spray around the navel for relieving abdominal pain.
4. Spray the appropriate amount of tincture into hot water and take an immersed bath for common cold or fatigue of the whole body.
